Beautiful historic building with fantastic facilities. Staff responsiveness was lacking. No fridge or microwave in room, which made our stay less convenient. Enjoyed the happy hour special at the cafe. a memorable experience.

I'm glad that getting Disability Access room with a shower and 2 big beds and giant windows was not a problem. The location is stunning and beautiful and they have parking nearby:)))

Historic and beautiful location within short walking distance to Buffalo State College. Great area really close to nearby restaurants and art museums within walking distance, and Very close to all the major attractions such as the zoo.

Modern hotel with very friendly staff, has incredible location close to everything. Extremely pleasant and unique rooms with 2 single beds. Location just off the zoo, art museum, history museum, restaurants and restaurants shops and coffee shops. Lots of food options just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.
